Well it has been another busy weekend for me!
Our church has been collecting water for the Phoenix Rescue Mission for a few months. The goal was 10,000 bottles of water (that is quite a large goal for our small church), I am happy to report that yesterday when the truck came to the church to collect all the water we had well over 11,000 bottles! Isn't that amazing? 
Pastor Eric also from the PRM spoke at the service and shared his story...it was pretty awesome to hear how a rescue mission literally saved him from the streets of Chicago. It makes ya feel pretty good to know you can help out in such a small way...just a few bottles of water.
Okay...proud mom alert! For a few months Josh, my cute son, has been putting together and practicing with some of his friends in a band for our youth group at church. Well yesterday they lead the entire adult church worship service, and I must say "they were AWESOME!" of course I had my camera with me and wanted to post a pic.

I used one of my Papertrey stamps sets (Text Box), I haven't used this one in a while, so it was fun inking it up! I used the Berry Sorbet Perfect Match collection (also from PTI).
