oh baby...

Hi friends!! I hope your weekend was Fantastic ;)

Saturday afternoon I went to a baby shower for a friend~she is having a boy, so of course I had to whip up a baby card!!! I used some of my favorite colors: Aqua Mist/Certainly Celery/Lemon Tart.

She asked me to take photos of the shower for her, so I knew I wanted to get her a nice album to put her photos in; and I found the cutest baby photo album at Target (I LOVE Target!!) with these colors in it~PERFECT!!! (I didn't see the album online; I would have linked it~must be in stores only)

Ashley and Nate were out of town for the weekend, so I went and picked up Hershey on Saturday, so he wouldn't be all alone. He even spent the night (I let him sleep next to me, and he stayed there all night). Isn't be cute?? Kodi didn't really mind having him around, but the cats were not really sure about this tiny barking thing, LOL!!!

Howdy...
I hope you had a terrific weekend!!! Why do they go by so darn fast??
I had my first baby photo shoot with baby W, and let me just say, it was a lot harder than I had anticipated...but all in all, I got some great images for mom :) Plus I got to hold the little guy (so cute!!!). You can see them here

Here is the card I made for baby W...I just love the little onsie image, and of course I paper pieced it...not sure if you can tell from the photo...but I have been using new pop dots that are on steroids, LOL!!!

another baby card...and MY STAMP SALE!!!

Happy Monday Friends...
I hope you had a marvelous weekend! Ashley and I went to the movies on Saturday, which is always fun having a girls day out. And Mike and I celebrated Ashley and Nate's one year anniversary with them last night. We ate at this yummy place (I don't even want to know how many WW points I consumed...but it was a LOT!!!).

I needed a baby card for a new baby at our church (we have several on the way), I used my Hampton Art set (purchased at Michael's), Oh Baby. Of course I paper pieced the stork to match the polka dotted cardstock. I even pulled out my markers to color the baby.

Stamps for Sale!!!
I mentioned last week that I was going to go through my stamp sets and put them up for sale on EBay. I thought I would offer them here on my blog first and next week list them with EBay. If you are interested in purchasing any, please email me (link in my sidebar). It will be on a first come basis (just to be fair). I listed them with photos on Flickr, and the prices are in the comment section. All stamps are in good to excellent condition and from a smoke free home.

I will ship (within the US) with a flat rate envelope or box (depending on amount of stamps purchased), which starts at $4.95. If you are outside the US I will need to weigh the package at the post office and then email you your total.

I accept Pay pal (you are responsible for any fees), check or money order.
The for sale list is here.

Enjoy today!!!

baby x 3...

baby x3

Happy TGIF!!!
My favorite day of the week...I know I say this every Friday, LOL!

On a more serious note...just remembering the terrible events that took place on this date 8 years ago!!! It is hard to believe that it has been 8 years since that tragedy! Our city lines the street I drive to work on with American Flags...gives me goose bumps every year! I am so proud to be an AMERICAN!!!

I needed a baby card...(actually several, I think there is something in the water at our church, LOL!), so I picked up this set by Katie & CO at Michael's a few weeks ago for $6.99 (since I don't have any baby sets). I just knew I wanted to paper piece these little onesies!!! This card is for a friend that is having triplets (crazy, huh?). It was a lot of fun to use baby colors *smile*

I found out yesterday that 3 of my cards were selected for the January 2010 Stamp It magazine (Paper Crafts)...Woot Woot!

I hope you have a terrific weekend...Josh and I are doing a family (non relatives) photo shoot together on Saturday, should be fun:o)

Enjoy today!!!
