Happy Friday!!! I am so happy to have today off!!! It has been a crazy two weeks for me.
And I am happy to report that my favorite (and only), nephew, Nathan went home from the hospital yesterday...woot woot!!! I as so proud of how brave he was and I still am amazed that he had open heart surgery on Monday and was going home on Thursday (here is the photo of him packed and ready to leave the hospital)~he is one strong kid!!! I am excited to hear how many new things he will be able to do now once he is completely recuperated!!
I told Nathan that his auntie Gretchen would send him a care package with things to do once he got home from the hospital...I thought his package would be waiting for him once he got home~but he beat the package, LOL!!!
Here is the card I made for him (with a little gift card goodness inside). Since he is a big Red Sox fan, I decided to make it green in honor of the "green monster" from Fenway park. And I tried really hard not to "girly" it up.
